Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
